Does the roller support last longer than standard supports?
Yes. The side shielding keeps dust out and the high-temperature grease does not break down in the kiln heat — the two main causes of bearing failure — which extends service life compared to an unprotected support.
Does the roller support come factory-lubricated?
Yes. Each part is supplied lubricated with high-temperature grease and has its own grease nipple for periodic relubrication, without dismounting the assembly.
