This Policy explains how PACE handles your personal data on its websites and service channels, in accordance with Brazil's LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) and the EU GDPR (Regulation 2016/679).

1. Who handles your data

2. Data we handle

  • What you provide (contact/quote form): name, company, e-mail, phone, country and message.
  • Browsing data: anonymous, aggregated audience statistics (no cookies, no personal identification).
  • In your browser: the items in your quote cart (sent only when you submit the form).
  • With your consent: analytics and marketing cookies (Google and Meta).

We do not collect sensitive data and ask only for what is necessary.

3. Why we use your data

  • To respond to your enquiries and prepare quotes.
  • To measure the site's audience and improve it.
  • To display and measure Google and Meta ads — only with your consent.
  • To ensure security, prevent spam and comply with legal obligations.

We process your data based on your consent (analytics and marketing), legitimate interest, the performance of pre-contractual steps and compliance with legal obligations, depending on the purpose.

4. Cookies and consent

The site does not use tracking cookies by default. Analytics and marketing cookies are only activated after your consent. There are four categories: essential (language and cart), anonymous analytics (Vercel, cookieless), analytics (Google Analytics) and marketing (Google Ads, Meta).

On your first visit you will see a cookie notice where you can accept, reject or customize. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer, or clear cookies in your browser.

5. Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers that run the site and our service: Web3Forms (form delivery), Vercel (hosting and anonymous analytics), Google (Analytics, Ads, reCAPTCHA) and Meta (Pixel) — the last two subject to consent. Some process data outside Brazil and the EU (e.g. in the USA), with the safeguards required by the LGPD and the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses. We may also share data when required by law.

6. Retention and security

We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes and legal periods; afterwards, we delete or anonymize it. We apply appropriate security measures (HTTPS, access control and good practices).

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, port and obtain information about your data; withdraw consent (including for cookies, via the “Cookie preferences” panel); and, under the GDPR, object to and restrict processing. We do not carry out automated decision-making. To exercise your rights, write to pace@pace.com.br. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority: the ANPD (Brazil) or the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Italy).

8. Other information

The site is intended for companies and professionals, not minors — we do not knowingly collect data from minors. We may update this Policy; the current version, with its date, is always available on the site.
